Tillamook provides all full-time non-union employees with a combined $10,000 annual benefit, up to $20,000 lifetime for inclusive fertility, hormonal health, and family forming benefits (taxes may apply) with Carrot.

This benefit is available to all Full-time Non-union employees. No enrollment needed!

 

Use the Carrot benefit to:

• Pay for eligible care. Use your annual maximum of $10,000 / lifetime maximum of $20,000

• Learn about fertility health today and plan for the future with at-home or in-person fertility testing and egg, sperm, and embryo freezing.

• Get answers to questions about IVF, adoption, donor assistance, and more from fertility and family-forming experts.

• Connect with Carrot menopause and low T specialists to ask questions about hormonal treatments and get expert guidance on managing body changes like abdominal weight gain, hair loss and skin dryness, hot flashes, and other symptoms.

• Use funds to hire a doula for pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum support, including overnight care. Talk with Carrot Experts like OB/GYNs and midwives — as often as needed.

• Add a partner to your Carrot account for joint access to resources and support.

Menopause Coverage

Covers many expenses that are not covered by health insurance including:

• Hormonal & Non-hormonal treatments

• Supplements to aid with hot flashes

• Nutritional counseling by a registered dietitian

• Advanced temperature regulation equipment such as wearable devices

 

Low Testosterone Coverage

Covers many expenses that are not covered by health insurance including:

• Hormonal treatment of low T symptoms

• Non-hormonal treatment of low T symptoms related to fertility

• Nutritional counseling by a registered dietitian
