Vision Coverage

Beginning 1/1/2025, our Vision plan will be administered by Moda, a Nationwide Network.

Moda Vision:

• Beginning 1/1/2025 the vision coverage will change from Regence with BlueCross/BlueShield to Moda, using the Connexus network

• Moda is widely recognized by providers

• Members will receive a vision insurance card in the mail

  • Note: Moda and Delta Dental will share the same card​​

• ​​Vision coverage is included in both the Blue Plan and the HDHP Plan
