Dental Options

Employees enrolled in Regence, choose which dental plan they enroll in. The dental options offered are outlined below.

These dental plans are available to all full-time non-union employees enrolled in Regence.

Dental Coverage - Option 1

Delta Dental – Nationwide Network

Orthodontia is covered for both Adults & Children with a $1,500 Lifetime Max.

*Individual Oral Exam Visit Maximum: 4 per calendar year. Individual Dental Preventive Cleanings: 2 per calendar year. Individual X-rays Unit Maximum: 2 per calendar year. Preventive Services will not reduce the annual maximum benefit.

How to find a Delta Dental provider

1. Visit deltadentalOR.com

2. Under the “Online Tools” dropdown menu, select “Find a dentist”

3. Choose the “In Oregon or Alaska” link or “Outside of Oregon and Alaska” link, depending on the state you live in

4. Under network, choose the Delta Dental Premier network

5. Under location, enter in a city, state or zip code, and then search

6. A list of providers will be shown for the area you searched. This list will also include DentaQual dental provider ratings, if available, so you can review providers based on care and performance metrics.
