Our Dental plan choices will be administered by Delta Dental and Willamette Dental.

(NEW) Delta Dental:

• Beginning 1/1/2025 the dental network option will change from Regence with BlueCross/BlueShield to Delta Dental through Moda

• The Delta Dental network provides broader coverage and is widely recognized by providers

• There are no changes to coverage

• No action is needed to stay enrolled

• Members will receive a dental insurance card in the mail

• Note: Moda and Delta Dental will share the same card

Willamette Dental Group (DHMO):

• No change in coverage for 2025
